is estimating the date of this photograph based on the age those three folks
appear to be .

row 7th from right wearing a hat is David Harrison "Harry" Custer (born December
1891).
First
row 4th from left, also wearing a hat is Harry's younger brother Aubrey Reed
Custer (born April 1896).
