2012 Friend Family Gathering

June 22, 23, and 24, 2012
Hagerstown, M
aryland

Gathering Headquarters is the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Hagerstown.  It is easily accessible from the interstate.

Book your rooms early !  Homewood Suites is holding a block of rooms for us at a reduced rate of $109 a night.  When you call to reserve your room, please remember to tell the hotel that you are with the Friend Family. The hotel phone number is:  301- 665-3816

Hagerstown is located in Washington County, Maryland, and is the eastern most part of scenic Western Maryland.

Antietam Battlefield and Fort Frederick are nearby.  Other areas of interest are Harper’s Ferry, the C&O Canal and Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum.  Self guided tours will be available to some of these areas.

For those coming in early or staying over after the Gathering, Gettysburg, PA is only about an hour away.  Historic Cumberland, MD is about an hour west.  Also, Baltimore and Washington, DC are within easy driving distance.

There is also a wide variety of restaurants, a large shopping mall and shopping outlets.

We are excited about our FFAA Gathering next year.  We think  the Hagerstown area has something for everyone.

Plan now to attend next June !

You will  find a Gathering registration on our website at this link: Registration
