Step By Step -- Instructions for Online Shopping

1. View the online catalog to make your selection(s) of purchase(s).

2. Once you view the store catalog index page, you will make your selection by clicking on the pictures or description. If you would like to order the item viewed click on "Add To ShoppingCart" button. If you would like to order more than one unit of the item, change the quantity and click on the "Update Quantity". If you want to continue shopping, click on the "Continue Shopping" button on the bottom right corner of the screen. Or if you want to check out, then click on the "PayPal" icon on the bottom left. It will take you to the PayPal web site, skip number 3 and go to number 4.

3. If you click on the "Continue Shopping" button, you can continue looking through the online catalog and add-on more item(s) until you are ready to check out. If you are finish shopping but don't want any more item(s) then click on one of the "ShoppingCart Checkout" button and it will take you to your purchased page. If everything is the way you like, it then click on the "PayPal" icon button to pay for your item(s). Now continue to number 4.

4. Once you are in PayPal, you have two chooses: Log in your email address and password or if you haven't signed up for PayPal, then you must click on the "Sign Up" button and follow their instructions. You can give them your Credit Card or Check Card (just like a credit card with the MasterCard/Visa logo on your ATM card) information so you can continue to purchase your FRIENDSHIP Store purchased item(s). You must click on the "Submit" button or the payment will not be processed and this will delay the merchandise you ordered.

The Friend Family Association of America, a non-profit organization open to all, publishes the FRIENDSHIP NEWSLETTER quarterly for members, holds genealogical seminars biennially, and with proceeds from dues, donations, and the FRIENDSHIP STORE, supports the COLONEL LESTER D. FRIEND HISTORICAL LIBRARY and the NATIONAL HERITAGE MUSEUM, both located in the headquarters building in Friendsville, Maryland.

Membership is open to all persons regardless of race, creed, or place of origin.

Friendsville, Maryland was founded in 1765 by John Friend who bought the land from the Indians. It is the oldest permanent settlement in what is now Garrett Count
